The Foo and I are off on a little road trip this morning. Packing up our bags and heading to Virginia!We're going to be meeting up with 10 or so of our closest family members for a birthday lunch for her Aunt Eileen, and then tonight I'm getting together with a couple of my favorite people for a girl's night out. I haven't seen these ladies in a looooong time! Should be a blast!
Tomorrow we'll have lunch with my mom, then we'll hit the road again, to get back home in time to make Matt a lovely dinner. I learned my lesson with my recent New York trip. I like to get away, but for only one night at a time, right now anyway!

I'm from VA~ Roanoke to be exact (though I reside in NC now). Enjoy your time there...the leaves are just a week past peak so they should still be beautiful!
